I have worked with Aveda for 10 years and have managed for 7. I have attended many Aveda education courses including Aveda Benchmarking for Success, Aveda Congress, Master Jam, Aveda Makeup classes, Aveda Product Knowledge courses and various spa courses. I believe the manager needs an understanding of every service we provide.
