Gardening by the light of the Moon, Astrological Guide to Planting, Watering, Pruning & Harvesting

Gardening-If you find the Farmer’s Almanac tables a little hard to follow, an accessible translation has been created by Encinitas based Astrological Consultant, Pam Ciampi. This unique gardening guide available in a wall calendar, pdf download, or Kindle version, outlines the best time to garden and optimal days for watering using the moon phases. This is especially topical given California’s current drought status. Pam will host a calendar signing and Q&A here at Lemongrass Saturday April 5th from 1:00-2:00 pm. Kristi’s Current Aveda Favorite

Posted on: 20 Mar 2014 / 0 Comments / in Aveda Products, Blog, Hair

Our lovely stylist Kristi had a pretty hard time telling us her favorite Aveda product. She really loves the entire line. After quite a bit of thought, she said, “Dry Remedy Hair Oil.”

“Dry Remedy Daily Moisturizing Oil is extremely hydrating for your hair. It’s great for anyone suffering from dryness. I just want to bathe in it! Apply 2 to 4 drops to the mid shaft on through to the ends of your hair. It can be used if your hair is wet or dry, then style as usual. As an added bonus it adds TONS of shine and removes frizz.”

Thanks for the tip Kristi! To make an appointment with her now, call us at 760-633-1970.
