This two-day workshop 9:30- 5:00 pm (Saturday and Sunday March 15th & 16th), will introduce you to the ancient art of Mandala, a painting and a meditation technique that creates healing and wholeness. Combined with the pranayama breath meditation, which is designed to bypass the mind and access the truth of our hearts, this powerful weekend will assist you in dissolving barriers to self love and acceptance.
A mandala is a living meditation, it is a reflection of your soul. As you are painting your mandala, you will open your heart and allow yourself to fully connect to YOU and to SOURCE. Mandala is an ancient symbol for wholeness and harmony. This workshop invites you to explore your soul through mandala painting. The practice of painting is joyful, healing and meditative.
Mandala as a path of self discovery and artistic development. It is a way of opening up to our creativity, a particular quality everyone has, and that is not only connected to our ability to draw and paint, but also to the capacity to create our life moment after moment in joy and freedom.
Throughout the two days we will have the opportunity to experience different meditation techniques, and quite a lot of painting, as well as moments of exchange and sharing!
