Refund Policy: We honor a 48-hour cancellation policy on all services and a 1-week cancellation policy on spa parties.
Aveda products purchased at Lemongrass are exchangeable within 2 weeks of purchase (excluding makeup and aromas). All services are non-refundable. There is no refund on Gift Certificates.
