Cancellation Policy: We honor a 24-hour cancellation policy on all services and a 1-week cancellation policy on spa parties.  In the event that you cannot cancel within 24-hours of your service appointment we reserve the right to bill for all scheduled services.  We understand and respect your busy schedule and will waive the first late-cancellation, bill only 50% of scheduled services on the second late-cancellation, and bill 100% of scheduled services on subsequent late-cancellations.  We work hard to personalize each of our appointments and appreciate your understanding.

Aveda products purchased at Lemongrass are exchangeable within 2 weeks of purchase (excluding makeup and aromas). All services are non-refundable. There is no refund on Gift Certificates.
